Developed visual merchandising and styling strategies for Nikelab to elevate in-store merchandising and display. Collaborated cross-functionally to enhance the consumer journey and deliver best-in-class retail experiences. Managed creative agencies to develop in-store marketing assets and tools for relevant geographies. Partnered with the global retail brand director, creating the first Nikelab showroom used to test concepts for retail. Collaborated with Nike Store Design to update retail spaces with new fixtures, displays, and layout.
